Our in-house staff and Western-style management can assist with all needs. From information about excursions and the local area to assistance with rentals and bookings.
Phuket Villa – Car Rentals with or without Drivers
Cars can be rented at the rate of 1,100 THB per day or 2,000 THB for a car and driver for 12 hours per day, excluding fuel costs.

Patong Hill Estate is a Gated Community with a 24/7 on-site guard system.
Phuket Villa – Transportation
We can arrange transportation to Patong, Downtown Phuket as well as the Airport
Phuket Villa – Housekeeping
We offer a variety of housekeeping services, including daily cleaning and laundry.
Phuket Villa – Shopping and Cooking
Additionally our in-house staff are available to prepare your meals. Feel free to order from our in-house menu and the staff will do the market shopping daily and food preparation. For this service, the staff charges an additional 10% of the food costs. Thai ingredients are relatively inexpensive, and the surcharge generally does not come to more than 100 THB.
Phuket Villa – Swimming Pool Services & Maintenance
Pools are regularly maintained by our resident staff. The salt-water pools (4 and 5 bedroom villas) are the latest salt-water chlorinating system. The shared chlorine-based pool (3 bedroom villa) is well-maintained. Pool lounges and beach towels are available for guests.

All villas have WIFI Internet throughout.
